Accurate GPS, needs improvements in other areas

I love the accuracy of the GPS. However, I have two major complaints about this app.
1. There is not spoken notification of lap or total distance unless the user is wearing headphones. I do not typically wear headphones for safety reasons.
2. The notification alert (set up to show on the lock screen) for each lap (mile) sounds at .99 miles. On a 15 mile run, the total distance is only 14.85 miles when the 15th lap notification appears on the lock screen.
