Not user friendly

I bought the app during a visit to Dubai to help me find a route near my hotel. The app is not cheap and I was hoping it would be more user friendly. I still cant figure out how to use it. For example it shows there are 300 or so routes near my hotel. And when I click on all routes it only shows a number of them and not all. Also I cant figure out a route by a distance. For example search a route that is 16 km.

I bought the app after using the website which was more useful, I am not very happy with the app right now.
