Documentation sparse

Thought I reviewed already but app keeps asking for one. Main need is a user guide. Cannot find and wrote developer with out a response. Im confident this app keeps good coordinates. Just cannot feel at ease with UI. "My runs" in particular needs editing but I cannot figure out how to hide irrelevant runs.
